Thanks for the welcome. Enjoying so far but was just shocked at the negativity and finger pointing. Guess if you know the personalities behind the statements that makes a difference but there is fun in not knowing.

Blondie- if I can chime in here- the hostility has been ramped up about 20 notches over the past few months. Not all threads include old fashioned peeing contests. I hope you stay around long enough to see that for the most part we are kind, funny, outgoing and sentimental fools.... We are more than what you see in this thread...

There does seem to have been a tad more hostility of late. I'm partly to blame, I think, for the sniping. I went away for a week to sort of adjust my attitude. I hope I have returned in a more pleasing mood. I think the hostility lately is partly due to the fact that we are all stuck indoors, we all have cabin fever, and we've had TOO MUCH SNOW! Just imagine yourself in my place. I've been closed up in a house with three dogs who have perpetual gas. You'd be grouchy, too.
