Sounds like a lot of people need to grow up and act like adults on this site. Makes you feel sorry for the children they are raising if they have to live in such a negative, finger-pointing, pouting, take my ball and go home when I get mad..... environment.

Blondie, I had read, ages ago, "The only people that have easy lives are people that we don't know very well." (~Author Unknown~) I believe that there are more issues than are available to any of us that look from a distance. I think that's also why we try to forgive each other so often. Knowing that no one person has all of the facts prevents us from jumping to conclusions. Most folks on this site that I know are the salt of this earth and are better men and women than I'll ever be. Heck, they still think I'm nice and kind! alien

I'll chime in on behalf of Mav, though she is certainly eloquent enough to cover her own self. I don't think I'd feel too sorry for any child in her care. She's one heck of a lady and I'm proud to know her.

I kinda thought Blonie was talking about Medieval, who seems like a decent sort. She just got a bit fried on this thread, I think.

A lurker is a person who reads discussions on a message board, newsgroup, chatroom, file sharing or other interactive system, but rarely participates.

This is the definition of a lurker. If you will note, I just signed up for this discussion board in the last few days.

As for my comment, I do not have a clue who any of you are so I have no agenda in my comment. I do see children on a daily basis who reflect negativity they see at home. When people are so negative and mean to each other on this discussion board and get angry over trivial things, it does make me wonder if their children see this side of them and think this is the right way to act and handle situations, opinions, etc.

If the shoe fits wear it, if not then let it be like water off of a duck's back.

I applaud our local school system for putting the safety of the children first. I feel sorry for any of you who have had issues with child care and hope that this is an issue that you can find a favorable solution for in the future.

All take care and think positive nice thoughts and let your children reap the rewards!!
